My company has shortlisted three software sets for Flight Ops Management and Crew Control: AIMS, KEOPS and PegaSys. If anyone out there has any eperience of using the above tools in anger, could you please post your impressions.

I am particularly interested in shortcomings that has made your life difficult. I have seen demo's of all the companies and the sales talk shows that all three can fulfill our RFP. Our airline is a small domestic/regional carrier and we do not place a high premium on SITA/Telex use. We would prefer email messages to outstations.

Any comments please.

I have used Aims & PegaSys extensively, don't know the other one.

PegaSys is by far the superior product. The company is also willing to make changes to the product to suit your needs without too much additional costs.

Its greatest feature is the single database, so all the departments will see the latest info immediately.
