US Customs arrival procedure

Please point me in the right direction, been searching on FAA website and all sort of places but no luck.Should really know but it's been a while since i have been over there.
I know there is the same thing as the Canadiens have (Canpass),
but i need a weblink or phone number.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also you could try this link (https://forms.customs.gov/customsrf/getformharness.asp?formName=cf-178-print.xft&preference=PDF) to give you the form to fill out, or this one (https://forms.customs.gov/customsrf/getformharness.asp?formName=cf-178-form.xft) to fill out the form on the web.
Fill in & print the form, fax it to the Customs Office at the airport you will be arriving into, but ALWAYS call them to make sure they have received it. We always get the Officer's name when we do this.....just in case!!!
