Hi,

It's time of big boom in aviation industry in Asia, particularly in India and China.

How is the situation in Africa. Is african industry small. Is it having a big boom..or is there any possibility.

Dont know much about african aviation industry.

African aviation continues to show slow but at least steady growth. It is no where near what is being experienced in India and China. Biggest problem remains corrupt practice/s on this continent. That is our biggest fight. If we were able to rid the rot, reduce crime and ensure political stability - this continent would outstrip the rest in boom times!!!

Unfortunately there are a few industries in this world which has to be operated pretty much 100 percent correctly or the :mad: hits the fan.


Africa in general is happy to operate anything and everything at about a 30 percent efficiency/corectness level ( Koeberg comes to mind.)

Therefore aviation here will always be less than it can be.
