Renewing UK Class 1 medical in France

I'm stuck in France at Airbus doing a TR for the next few weeks. Anyone know if I can renew my Class 1 medical (attached to UK JAR ATPL) with a JAR AME in France or do I have to do a quick visit back to Blighty?
I checked on CAA SRG website but couldn't see any info.

I'm sure it can be done somewhere there but to be honest, for the sheer administrative mindf**k of doing anything like that in France, it would be a hell of a lot less stressful to jump on a plane home for the day.

Hello, call Dr. Mouchard, he is just 5 minutes walk from the Airbus Training Centre. Has done my UK medcial many times.
