Hi
was told reciently that aircraft landing on runway 29 in Dublin are 'cautioned' that the tower has a restricted view of the runway and so can't be 'cleared' to land in the normal way. Is this true, if so, what restriction/responsibility does this place on the aircraft landing and will it remain in force when 29 is ripped up and replaced by the proposed 28R?
