There is a story in the Illawarra Mercury that reports:
"A NEW jet service targeting the Wollongong and Sydney business markets is about to take off from Illawarra Regional Airport.
A group of Illawarra businesspeople is behind the move to provide a daily jet service to anywhere in Australia. The first flights will begin in October."

To see the full text of the article click here (http://www.wollongongairport.com/Articles/060805mercury.html). Is this serious? Any insights would be gratefully received. :D I would like to post some informed comment on my website.

have a look at gojet.com.au. They have a picture of an Eclipse on their Logo if that means anything

a daily jet service to anywhere in Australia.

Sounds at first like a sched service, then more like a frac-ownership bizjet scheme.

Aren't Netjets in Australia? Any black card holders in Sydney or Illawarra?

Dunno why they even mention Qantaslink - clearly a different target market.

Good luck to 'em if they can pull it off.
