My guess is Bravo Airlines Congo.

Spanish Airline trying to operate DC-9-30's out of Kinshasa, with DRC AOC, with links to Madrid. Using Kinshasa as the hub.

So far only one aircraft of 5 to be leased and don't appear to want to pay much money as my contract offer has gone unanswered. No broker, and must work direct.

Holland Canada Line had the original contract but states on their website that the contract is temporarily suspended.
