For the recent newhires, curious how long it took to find out the results of part 2 and actually have a job offer?

Approx. a week and a half to find out, and almost 10 full months to get a course date.

Lately it is more like one week to find out, and less than two months for a class date (3 months notice before the start of training). That is for DEFOs.
