The only ones i know of have been converted Tupolev 154, presidential use only operated in eastern europe. Don't have the numbers to hand.

What about the Yakovlev 40? Isnt that the Falcon look-alike?

Lots of Tu-143s, -154s , Yak-40s, -42s and even Il-62s modified for corporate use in the former ut no real biz-jets designed in Russia.
