According to the BBC the Court of Appeal has ruled that the families of four soldiers killed in Iraq can bid for a judicial enquiry into the war in Iraq.

These Lawyers are getting very rich from this. Its now getting a little boring. Can anyone hazard a guess at what the outcome of the judicial inquiry will be?

For what it's worth:

BBC home affairs correspondent Margaret Gilmore said the decision was a "small victory" and it was unlikely that the hearing would result in the families being given the full public inquiry that they seek.
