Lee@LPL
7th Aug 2006, 08:36
I heard it wass going to be flight support, but whether the have the capabilities to handle such a large operation is questionable:rolleyes:

lepricorn
8th Aug 2006, 10:44
You know nothing about the operation of Flight Support at LPL.
If you did you would be aware that the team at LPL, despite several name changes over the years are still the same team who built the EZY and have bounced back and provide the most efficient ground handling service available at LPL.

Please refrain from passing judgments on a company which you know nothing about.

Lee@LPL

Whats there to know about a ground handling agent??:hmm:

this wat i think lee, u had an interview for a handling agent...fed us bully bull of ur intentions. Dont diss revolutionary...hes a leg-end in this business! by the way u have 0 experience in this industry (fact). I polite piece of advice "have a word with yourself". long live 03 headseatman

Lee@LPL
9th Aug 2006, 08:28
I am not bitter at all, infact I am happy that I made the decision to stay clear of the industry cause you may aswell get paid beans. As i have the qualifications i decided to stay with the engineering.

Its just a field i am interested in if thats ok nimul?

I have the upmost respect for everyone in the business as they work all the hours god sends and at the end of it dont get what the deserve.

If you would have read the thread correctly you will have noticed (lepricorn) that me and reveloutionarry where just having a laugh and a joke!

Globespan to depart/arrive from T2 in MAN. The first 'loco' to operate from there since the departure of Ryanair to the runway friendly T1. With more routes meant to be announced they may inject some life into the terminal that relies on PIA and Emirates to keep it going after 10am apart from the charters.

cumberland,

what aircraft will operate the flight if they are selling 3 classes of seats on t'internet

Lee@LPL
31st Aug 2006, 10:56
I peronally think it will be a 757-200 as Globespan have just unveiled new routes from GLA to Barbados & Las Vegas so their 767's will surely be operating those routes?
Very sad to hear that GMS have dropped Prague from LPL, flightsupport must be a bit gutted aswell?

sod off you sad little man, why would flight support be gutted, do you not think (hard with a small brain that you have) that GSM will operate another route.

Lee@LPL

Why carnt any of the flight support crew @ LPL never take any criticisim?

The obvious reasons why the route has been axed are:

1. The competion in the area (MAN & BLK) is high when the demand is not so high in the winter months.

2. If the Prague operation was delayed it would severly effect the Tenerife daily route that follows the return flight to LPL from Prague. If the Tenerife flight was heavily delayed it would have to divert on its arrival back to LPL as the runway is closed between 12 am & 6 am.

Heard that Globespan are looking at replacing the Prague route with an early morning Zurich run. Should do quite well during the winter - Apparently dropping the Prague had nothing to do with lack of bookings.

On Another note, Ive heard the An26 will be doing engine runs on 03 Headsetman's drive way over the winter - so he and the rest of Hale Road can pretty much forget about sleep!!!
