I was wondering if anyone who has a bit of experience in interviews and highly competitive situations such as the CX interviews has any hints on what they really look for in an indivdual. Ive done work experience with cathay, got a gliding shcolarship over here in the uk (and been solo!!) (that was amazing), really really intrested in aviation, got some decent grades behind me, live in hk and grab any chance i can to fly anything! if anyone has any info on what an applicant can do to boost their chances in the interviews i would be very grateful as im sure all us wannabe's would b!
