Mobile Phone with recording facility?

I need to be able to record my mobile calls.

Does anyone know of a phone with this ability built in? Is there any other practical way of doing this - ie cable attachment to a digital pocket recorder for instance?

As before, numerous variations on the same theme available, both phones (more so now) and external.

Majority of mobiles now have this feature, be aware that a tone is audible to both parties every 15 seconds or so to let you know that it's being recorded.
