If you're rated on the 340 I'd give them a call. Last I heard their problem was finding pilots with the rating and some experience.

Does anyone know if Avitrans or any other of the Saab 340 operators are looking for First Officers?
I was thinking about getting myself type-rated on the SF340, but now it seems all the slots are filled up. Unless you have time on type, that is..
Anybody out there with a little knowledge on this?

There's plenty of FO's around at the moment with and without experience. What's needed however are experienced captains. The saab community is lacking captains and all operators are basically screaming for them. Last I heard was that Air Åland needed 4 before christmas and that they had a problem finding what they needed.
