Hi,
In the US pay per hour is the normal way to calculate relative pay.
So here we go(a bit rough due exchanges and sector pay), of course it Gross:-
Ryanair(Ireland), LTC
Net
4200x12 + 2100(average)x12=75600pa(euro),
always 900 hours =
84euro per hour at 65% deductions (Ireland)
Therefore:-
129euro per hour gross
divide 1.45
= 89 pounds per hour gross

No Water, grub, medical, uniforms, car park, security pass,Loss of Licence, pension. Also pay for HOTAC on courses and no long service increments.
This is not an anti-Ryan thread, just interested if we can work out a way of
comparing T&C. Surely if you worked in a bar you would look at the pounds/dollars/euros per hour?

Pre-tax annual salaries are the norm here - problem with that is flight pay being taxed at different rates as a semi-allowance for business travel - however that is what we all use here.

My hourlies could change if you use working hours, report hours etc - stick with annual if I were you.
