Can anyone recommend a good roster planning tool for a Ground Handler with approx 100 staff?

Excel spread sheet would cover that. Just add the necessary formulae, mix for 5 minutes and heat for ten :ok:

100 people is a lot to roster by hand so an IT solution would be useful not to mention cost effective. I have not tried any of the following but they may be helpful:

Of their offerings StaffPlan is probably the nearest to you requirement!
