Self Administration

Saw a letter today from AOPA suggesting that a large chunk of what is currently GA/CASA domain may be moved into self administration.

I don't have the letter in front of me but I think it was referring to mostly private aviation (not "the fare paying passengers") .

Anyone out there heard more details about what is being proposed and what it may mean to flying schools?

Barney; Read or get yourself a copy of this month's RA-Aus (Recreational Aviation) magazine. You will note in the executive's column that moves are in place for RA-Aus to "take on" the lower of the GA market and move it into self-administration.
