I am interested in getting a job flying humanitarian relief workers and aid in Africa. I have about 1350 hours, 130 multi, most of it instructing. Have applied with Air Serv International and have also sent my resume into AMREF. Does anyone know of any other organizations that do this type of work? I am a US citizen with FAA commercial single and multi engine ratings.

Thanks,
Kris

You might also get in touch with NatureLink in Sth Africa, they do a lot of contract flying for UN aid agencies. Pretty sure these guys are not shirt lifting church folk. :}

I am jaded and don't apologise. Get a real job, with a real company. Humanitarian Flying means that the needy are not the ones being helped. Unless off course self flaggelation is one of your joys .... But have seen to much BS especially in Africa within the very sick "Humanitarian Community" Just my point of view and Hey I said I am jaded!
