All praise to you. Miss Effortless is off on her travels again and her flight to NY was cancelled today. Virgin staff were excellent and handled all sorts of groups etc. patiently and efficiently. It was a pleasure to watch them and well done Virgin for providing enough staff to handle it.:D
BA et al take note.
Maybe BA would have enough aircraft in the fleet that the flight wouldn't need to be cancelled in the first place. :)

Short memory. As I recall, BA recently cancelled an entire nights flights from LHR. Didn't see too many positive posts on how they handled the situation. However, it made for a very rapid taxy in my uncancelled Virgin 340! Credit where credit is due:D

What a totally stupid post. EVERY airline cancels flights at one time or another. Even your beloved BA.
