Can anyone give me general idea what a good instructor of fixed wing would be earning at Jandakot with a decent operator. Fulltime rates.

To the best of my knowledge the guys and girls at both China Southern and Singapore Flying College are all on the award. I think you will find most of the other schools are very close to or equal to the award (even if they don't officially pay it) in order to "compete" and hold onto staff.
