Question: I am trying to obtain (no success so far) a copy of ICAO Aircraft Accident Digest No. 18 - known also as ICAO Circular 18-AN/15. Specifically at pages 35 to 42 inclusive there is an accident report on a Dutch KLM Lockheed Constellation rego PH-TDF that crashed in a storm at Bombay, India on 12th July 1949. I have tried ATSB but no luck and there is a precis of the accident on the website Aviation safety Network. It is the ICAO Aircraft Accident Digest No 18 which has the details I want. Could you check through your old aviation books and see if anyone can help me out?
