Over the past few month virgin have not been hiring a lot of people for flight crew jobs. How many people have the hired over the past six month? and what will be there hiring policy over the next year to two?

Also would I be able to get an idear of what the job is like. In regards, is it satisfying? What are the ups and what are the downs?

As far as i'm aware, the last lot of interviews were Nov last year. 12 got put through to a hold file and the last of them should be checked to line by now. As for future interviews/hiring i'm not sure.
