within modern airline crews".
Very well, a valuable contribution to a cronically weak point in EK culture: Communications.
We'd love to be able to answer similar questions concerning not only inter-cockpit comm's,
but just as much for crew-company communications, or the very lack of it.
It might even be a start, BUT consider this:
"The information collected is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without
your consent, except to meet government, legal or other authority requirements".
..... other authority ?? somebody care to elaborate?
This anihilates any useful outcome of such a survey right from the beginning, as it says in
the intro: ..."within modern airlines". EK just once more demonstrates that it's equipment
might be there, but it's management is lightyears behind.
