Hi

Just wanting some opinions from those of you experienced in instructing, if I am looking at various C Cat courses what type of attributes would you be looking at.

Thanks

One trick I recommend is to go into a school on a rainy day. If you find dozens of kids milling around in instructor uniforms all with a look of quiet desperation on their faces..steer clear. Also ask the person behind the front desk answering phones how long ago he/she got their instructor rating and how long do they expect to wait before an instructor job comes up. That is if you want to work at the same place you learn.
Most of the sausage factories won't hire someone who hasn't done all their training there anyway. Remember, wherever you train..you need to be under supervision somewhere initially.

Good luck. Good enthusiastic instructors train good pilots.
Airline flying club has a part time course available I think..the instructors there are excellent.
