This is not a rumour.
However, it is not a fact either, as the parties haven't signed any official agreement nor have they articulated the plan either. I doubt the latest events aren't related to Nigeria's attaining of BB+ investment rating by Standard & Poor.
While the prospect of African airlines purchasing modern planes after a 30% discount does sound appealing Let's hope the scheme won't be offered to every briefcase airline :} :} :}
