CPP application handler?

Excuse me, but does anyone know who handles CPP aplications at CX now? I want the know the specific person so i can address him/her.

The answering on this forum has dropped a lot lately.
There's no specific person you address too. There's a bunch of them. There's one lady, don't remember her name, who handles the initial stuff but later on it could be anyone of the other people.
So just in the old Dear Sir/Madam.
