I use Microsoft Outlook for mail messages - the normal speed one, not express.
Let me beat most of you to it by saying I should change to something non-MS - but lets assume that's not an option and see if anybody can/will help with a query.
I have set up a message rule to "flag" each incoming mail message with a coloured flag to let me know which particular e-mail account it has been addressed to.
It works perfectly - in the "Inbox" (which is what it was set-up in) but doesn't do anything in the "Junk Mail" or "Norton AntiSpam" folders (though it does show as a rule if I click "Rules" whilst in either of those folders).
Any thoughts on how to make it flag all messages, in all folders?
