STOCKHOLM, Sweden (UPI) -- Swedish budget airline FlyMe will pay about $275 million to buy Copenhagen`s Sterling airline.
FlyMe, which also is buying Lithuanian Airlines, is reportedly eager to dominate the Scandinavian low-cost airline business, Finansavisen, a Norwegian publication, reported Friday.
Icelandic Fons, controlled by financier Palmi Haraldsson, is a major owner of both FlyMe and Sterling.
