Anyone know of any Dash 8 Q400 job vacancies in this part of the world.

No operators use the 400 in the Caribbean, only the 100 and the 300.

The only main operators are Caribbean Star & Caribbean Sun (The US affiliate), LIAT and Tobago Express. As said earlier, they only operate the 100s and 300s. Of course some operators may look at the Q400 in time. I can't say about hiring because I honestly don't know.

I know further south in Colombia a company called Aires operates D8īs and have lost a few pilots to Avianca lately...they might be needing people soon! Donīt know the place sorry cant help more...

Very unsubstantuated rumor is that Costa Rica's Nature Air is musing about getting DHC-8's.

LIAT,CSUN,CSTAR all have dash 8,no hiring, possible lay offs expected if star and liat merge their networks.Hiring boom here is over .
