Where & when do BA Connect usually put out adverts for vacancies, particularly for passenger services, for their base at BHX? baconnectjobs.com seems to only have information regarding flight deck & cabin crew. Do Connect regularly take on more staff or is it more or less stable?

Vacancies are advertised internally on the company intranet, notice boards and Careerlink first. If that fails it goes externally but very rarely.
