can anyone at Flight Options tell me if there is a standard risk management deal now (i.e. training) on the Beechjet 400A's to prevent the flame outs?
i have not heard any NTSB findings, but fuel, prist, environment are usual suspect (fuel heaters??) may lead to flame outs... and since FLOPS has had 2 that I know of ...are there any "special" procedures being implemented to reduce the likelihood of a third?
