Monarch Premium Cabin

Hey, I'm flying to SFB next month with Monarch in the Premium Cabin. I was wondering if anybody had any in depth information about the cabin ie. how many channels on seat back tv, type of service/any other extras. The website is a little vague.

Edit: One more thing - when booking premium cabin does this include pre booked seats or do I need to add these on too?
