Flukey in Benin

This is a re-run of the same story that was in the news when Flukey was in BNE. Was it 5 or 6 years ago? Appearantly now he has a $250m airline starting up in Benin. The usual B747's etc. and the ever trustworthy Utilycraft as the feeder. Hope people keep their eyes open and their wallets shut.
