What is the state of play with this?Will the modulars/low hours be blocked from employment?Any information on the development of MultipilotCPL would be appreciated:ok:

Will there be "grandfather rights" or an MPL conversion / exemption process for those who have already done an MCC and gained a CPL/IR with ATPL theory credit?

I posted this question some time ago and received the response that a Type Rating would be the answer for someone already "in the system".

It seems to me that we will still end up paying a lot of money irrespective of whether you do the existing route - with SSTR - or pay an airline for all aspects of MPL training - which I assume includes a Type Rating too.

I am so glad that we joined the Common Market all those years ago......:*

Pipertommy, it might surprise you to learn that I can still read your deleted posts. The reason why I bang on about doing a search is so that:

a) You can find a full discussion that has already taken place about your chosen topic.

b) You can then join in the discussion on those threads that you find.

There is no point in starting a new thread when the topic is already active.
