Ozjet Question

Since ozjet has ceased services does anyone know what is happening to there 737-200 , just intrested to see were they ended up, cheers satmstr :ok:

2 of them have been ferried back to the UK, while 2 (VH-OZU & VH-OZQ) remain in Australia to work in the charter market.

I think they would need an export certificate of airworthiness from CASA wouldn't they? Two aircraft for charter seems like a lot of planes sitting around doing nothing in a fiercely competitive charter market. Don't be surprised if he used them for collateral and his creditors have liens on them. :eek:

Spoke to a couple of engineers at Tullamarine on my way through on Wednesday and they said those planes will never leave Australia.:}
