hi people,
Im currently writing an assignment on both of these airlines organisational culture and would appreciate an insight from people who are employed by either Virgin or Jetstar. Obvoiusly these companies to have ther differences..
If you could provide information/hard evidence, personal experience or related sites regarding the following it would be much appreciated.
how do these organisations attempt to school their culture to new employees??
From working in either co. what ways does the organisation foster workplace life/balance
Is there any evidence of diversity management? (I read the post about the recruitment changes involved at Virgin especially since the Hopper & Others v. Virgin Blue)
What does your induction involve???
