Hi all,

I am currently in my early years as NCA in the RAF, but my ultimate goal is to become an airline pilot. Looking back to when I applied to join the RAF I should have applied for pilot first, however, I felt it would be something I would still be able to achieve.
At this point in time I have just joined my local flying club and intend to obtain my ppl asap. From there, I am not too sure what steps to take - I have no intention of becoming a pilot in the RAF but would like to go direct to the civilian sector.
I'd appreciate it if anyone who has went down a similar path has information or advice they could provide me or any pilots out there with experience in this field. Am I being unrealistic, as I am now 24?
Thanks:O
