Does anybody have any info. on this company? They seem to have a good fleet but this is the second time in the last few months they have advertised for instructors. They also have a few casuals available so why the recruitment?

How many hours a month can you expect to fly?

How much charter do you actually do?

Have they got renewal privelages?

Any info would be appreciated. If you dont want to post can you PM me.

novicef,

I believe they employed a couple of instructors from YMMB but that was a few months ago, at that time they also had casual pilots so I dont really know how it worked out.

Yeah they seem to have a high turnover, is it badluck or something more?

KimAir is the CHTR only arm of Bluewater Aviation and they don't do instructing as such. They only do a few Charters a year to keep the AOC active. Most of the work is through Bluewater.
Company seems to have quite a good fleet at present though not sure how busy they are in the Instructing side. Nothing wrong with them though.
Hope that helps :ok:
