If it were for freight it would have said so, truth is the Company and AOA are in talks at the moment about DEFO's on to pax fleet. Am sure CX have kept a close eye on what guys are willing to work for in Oz, ie J* International, and will now no doubt try a new lower payscale.

I have also heard the same as Team America, this is for DEFO on pax fleet.
Rumours of DEC's to follow due to high failure rates of command upgrades....;)

If DEC's on "A" scale rates of pay are on offer then Qantas would be supplying the pilots. :)
