Brilliant stuff! Well done that man!
Is it not, technically speaking, a Nord?. It's not a 108 Pingouin, as it has a nose wheel (we have a resident 108 tail dragger at White Waltham).
Very nice, whatever it is
:ok:

SNCAN (Nord) 1100 Noralpha - During 1943-44 Nord built two prototypes of the Messerschmitt Me 208 for the Germans, which differed from the Bf 108 by introducing retractable tricycle landing. Only one survived the war, and it was liberated by the French who redesignated it the sole Nord 1100 Noralpha.
SNCAN (Nord) 1101 Ramier I (Woodpidgeon) - Based on the single remaining Me 208 (Nord 1100 Noralpha), the Societé Nationale de Constructions Aeronautiques du Nord (SNCAN) produced post-war the Nord 1101 Ramier I with a Renault 6Q-10 engine.
If it has a tricycle undercarriage this it is most probably a Nord 1101 certainly not a Me Bf108.

1. Glad Scotland Today includes the text so english speakers may understand the commentary

2. Picked the right background music for the clip.

Brilliant stuff! Well done that man!

I agree with you fully, it is great to see the aircraft back in the air and certainly a great deal of hard work has been expended to get it back in there.

The aircraft which is flying & featured on tv is a Nord 1101 built in 1947, reg. G-BSMD. I guess G-ATDB is the dull green fuselage dumped in the corner of the Prestwick Flight Centre apron, also a Nord 1101 built in 1948.
