I’ve heard some rumours that AirAsia may find it very hard to maintain a grip on its relatively cheap flight crew.:{ Two new start ups in the Middle East and some carriers in Japan are aiming to tap into AA’s unhappy pool of pilots.

yes it's true some of them gone to Jet Airways in India, so why wait????

Agreed with that one Chill, Worth having a pro look at these contracts etc. I know someone who did, Simple Mathematics if the job is happier and money better what would you do? Have a nice day:cool:
