Eva Airways Info please

Good day to all,

I am interested in applying to Eva, DFO, could anyone be so kind as to share some info about basing,pay, rosters, staff travel, commuting,crew community,general cost of living in Taipei etc, how are expats accepted in the local community(are there many), is it hard to integrate etc, time to upgrade to CMD,

Everything depends on your currently standards. Salary is not too bad, around U$ 6000, all included. Apart from that they provide you with a confortable apartment in a polluted and ugly area. Forget about trying to join the community, but on the other hand you will find a lot of expat pilots in the same situation of you.
Local pilots always have the priority to be promoted, so wait seated... If you have a good experience maybe after 2 or 3 years you can make U$1000, more as Cruise Captain.
Be psychologically trained to stand with a overmassive training and extenuating flights. Afterwards you can fly anywhere.
