JERSEY AND/OR THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

Will the new delayed air route to the Channel Islands on this Monday start or will it be postponed again .

We have not heard anything at the moment of any further delay, can any one confirm it is on for Monday as we believe the aircraft to operate this service has been at Biggin Hill for some final work to be done.

If the aircraft is not ready will another operator be called in to do the first r flight??:ok: :ok:

Are some or all the U.K. mail contracts due for renewal???

We have heard today that the mail contract from Bournemouth to Jersey operated by Aurigny will stop shortly.

Can anyone confirm this and if so who may take over the Jersey route??:sad: :sad:

No truth in this rumour. wait and see what is coming next on mail route!!!
I dont know where you get your info from but you should check authenticity first.

You have been in aviation long enough and things do get changed third hand, so it might not be a company change for the contract but maybe an aircraft say a ATR42 maybe???:ok: :ok:
