Next week I am going to take medical class 2 for ppl , is it really hard to pass that one? I work with computers for many years should I be worry about eye exam? or anything else?

Class 2 is not difficult to pass at all. Provided your general health is good and you can see OK (that's with or without glasses/contact lenses), you should be fine. If your eyesight is problematic, most likely you'll just need to get suitable glasses or contact lenses.
