I have my class 1 renewal coming up shortly and was wondering whether anyone could recommend a good doctor in the berkshire area near Reading.

Not quite Berkshire, but I used to use Dr Alan Lloyd-Davies in Andover, nice chap, very old school, seemed pretty thorough, didn't charge too much. He works out of St Mary's Surgery in Church Close, Andover, tel. 01264-361424.
(I stopped using him because I moved, not any discontent).

Dr Cook is does medicals once a week at the Hampshire Clinic in Basingstoke. Seemed a nice guy and pretty cheap. No details to hand but you can search on CAA website for AMEs.
