PIE is a 3 min phone call and a laundry run reading a British paper. If we now receive purely food money will we get LOA? If the local RAFLO gets it why can't the guys who are faced with the temporary increased expenditure ?

the good old days we got free food and accomadation on det AND LOA at good rates & then an enhanced fixed rate of exchange to go to the bar with, think I might be glad to be out.
When do I get that then? I know about B L D LSA and PIE but how do I claim LOA? The imprest person hands out the mullah for B L D and PIE.......I hand back receipts for everything over £5. LOA? Never had it to claim it. Does it get paid after a det?

Is it not the case that you get LOA or rates? If you are accommodated etc you get LOA if you are in hotac you get rates.

Isn't that 75% of the LOA rate for permanently based personnel?:bored:
