What were the conditions at MSP when a widebody slid off?

I won't mention the name of the company, but about a week ago there was snow on the runway, and the incident blocked the runway for about three hours. The photo was on the tv news. We had been there the previous night.

Does anyone know what the braking action reports and winds were, just before the plane landed?
