Just a question. Not long ago there was an APLA hiring ban on CX because of the termination of 49 (plus a few more) pilots. What happened to those guys and what has CX done to make sure that doesn't happen again?

AHHH....

Well. The union forced a crap deal on the membership a second time (having had it voted down the first time!) and it squeeked through.

Some 19 (I believe) accepted the offer of interviews for re-employment as a junior F/O on the freighter fleet and just over half of those who interviewed were taken back (10 or 11) the other half were seen to be "unable to re-integrate" and were paid 10 months salary and by accepting the offer removed from the legal cases against the company.

Some just accepted the 10 months pay.
There still remains about 19 or so continuing there legal challenges and I wish them all the very best of luck! :ok:

All in all a proud day for the AOA.... NOT! :ouch:
