Air Sahara/ Jet Airways Deal

Anyone know if this is going to happen. Read on the Internet that Jet Airways have not filed for Government Approval yet for the merger with Air Sahara. also that they may not get all the slots and parking spaces they hoped for. I believe that there is some type of government deadline and guidelines for mergers and acquistion in India:confused: :confused:

Anyone able to offer more info here???

Operations staff members from Sahara told me last week that the take-over is scheduled for 31 March and during the ensuing six months Jet will decide which Sahara employees they want to keep.
