Flying in the US vs Europe and the Mid east

Hello all,

I am contimplating the acceptance of a job flying in Europe and the middle east/gulf areas.

With all my experiance built here in the United States and Canada, what are some high lights so to speak of major differances in regards to operations, terminology, type of approaches, ATC and there expectations, ground ops and anything that come to mind.
